Obviously the roof of a house is important, as it protects people from the elements while also providing warmth and a place to love and take care of each other, but there are so many aspects of the roof that need constant maintenance to enable it to do it's job adequately. Hampton County in South Carolina is looking for agencies to replace the roof of two buildings in the district. The scope of work includes but is not limited to removing loose gravel from the roofs, performing a thermal scan to locate compromised insulation areas, and installing wood block nailers around the perimeter of the roof for proper installation and termination of the TPO membrane.
